About PGA National
PGA NATIONAL is a 2,340-acre gated golf course and resort-style community located in the City of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The community contains 46 individual neighborhood communities. PGA National’s amenities include on-site security with guard gate access, three private community parks with children’s playground equipment, walking & biking paths and active community management. Several individual neighborhood associations include community pools and tennis courts. More information about the community can be viewed at the PGA National Property Owners Association web site.
The centerpiece of the community is the PGA National Resort and Spa which recently underwent a $100-million resort wide renovation. PGA National has been the home of The Honda Classic PGA golf tournament since 2007. The resort features a full service hotel and conference center, five golf courses, a fitness & tennis center and an award winning Spa. Four of the five golf courses are on the grounds within PGA National and comprise The Champion Course (home course for The Honda Classic), The Fazio, The Squire and The Palmer. The Estates course is located nearby in the Bay Hill Estates Community.
Club membership is available and may or may not be included in the purchase with the individual property. Membership is not mandatory to be a resident. More information on membership prices and requirements can be found at the PGA Members Club web site.
There are a number of property types and styles through PGA’s individual communities which range from single bedroom condominium units and villas in the around $100,000 price range to luxury golf front estate homes exceeding $1 million.
